AR Theremin · Tutorial Scene

How To Use The App

Tutorial

Start from the AR Library, grant camera access when prompted, then follow the guidance shown inside each scene. Most scenes use the device camera and work best on a phone with good lighting and a stable surface or target in view.

1. Open a scene

Select an experience from the AR Library. The Menu scene is the entry point for navigation.

2. Allow camera access

Camera permission is required for all AR scenes and hand tracking.

3. Use settings if needed

Open the shared settings panel to adjust frame rate, master volume, or flashlight.

4. Follow scene cues

Watch status messages for prompts like scanning a surface, pointing at a target, or placing a model.

Scene-specific guidance

  • Theremin: press play, keep both hands in view, move one hand for pitch and the other for volume.
  • Timeline: point at a recognized image target and tap the screen if playback needs a gesture.
  • Anatomy: scan a flat surface, place the theremin, and move around to inspect it.
  • UFO: scan the ground, place the model, and keep the tracked surface visible while it flies.
  • Visualization: track the target image and use the controls to change the sound driving the particles.
